Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and MSS Ventures LLC, doing business as Socialbuz Agency ("Socialbuz", "we", "us"). They cover our websites, our concept pages, and our service. By using our site or signing up for a plan, you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business.

Concept pages and sample videos

Some of our pages show a concept: a sample of what our videos could look like for a business. A concept page is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or paid for by the business it names, and nobody is charged for it. The sample videos come from our own plumbing series; only the ending names the business. Concept pages expire after 90 days. A business can have its page taken down at any time with the "Remove this page" link or by emailing us.

The service

What we do depends on the plan you choose:

  • Basic: we build a website for you and set up and optimize your Google Business Profile.
  • Growth and Premium: we make short, helpful plumbing videos with your business name and post them to your social

media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube: every other day on Growth, and every day on Premium. We also build a new website for you, or optimize the one you have, optimize your Google Business Profile, send instant text replies to new inquiries, send a text back to missed calls, and give you a leads dashboard.

  • Premium also includes local ads on Facebook and Instagram (ad spend is billed separately).
  • Every plan: we do local SEO for your website, send Google review requests to your customers after every job,

send you a report every 30 days, and give you ongoing support.

Each plan covers one business. On Growth and Premium, we post to that business's own social media pages, which we set up together with you. A second business or location is one more unit at the same price.

Plans, prices, and billing

Each plan shows a price per day, but you are not charged every day. You are billed monthly (every 30 days), up front, at the start of each 30-day period. Prices are the ones shown on our pricing page when you sign up. Taxes, if any, are extra. There is no setup fee.

If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is paid.

Term and cancelling

There is no long contract. Your plan runs one 30-day period at a time and renews for the next period unless you cancel before it starts. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@socialbuzagency.com. Refunds for a period that has already started: none.

Your accounts and your content

  • You keep all rights to your business name, logo, and any photos or content you give us.
  • You let us use them to do the work your plan includes during your plan.
  • You are responsible for the social media accounts you connect, and you give us permission to post to them for you.
  • You must follow each platform's rules. Platforms can change their features or rules at any time; we can't control

that, and a platform change may limit what we can do.

  • You own the finished videos we make for you, and you may keep using them after your plan ends.

A cartoon version of you

We add a cartoon version of you (or anyone else) only with that person's written permission and photos they send us. We never copy a face or a voice from the internet. The person can take back that permission at any time by emailing us; we then stop using it in new videos, and we take down videos already posted with it within 7 days.

AI tools

Our videos feature an animated character and a voice made with AI tools. Where a platform asks for an AI label, we turn it on.

No promised results

We don't promise calls, jobs, views, followers, or sales. What we commit to is the work your plan includes, as described under "The service".

Fair use of the service

Don't use our site or service to break the law, send spam, copy our videos to resell them, or harm our systems. We may stop service to anyone who does.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30-day period before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law says cannot be limited.

Disputes

California law applies to these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Placer County, California.

SMS Terms

  • Program: Leads4Plumbers texts. Leads4Plumbers is a service of MSS Ventures LLC dba Socialbuz Agency.
  • How you opt in: check the box on the Get Started form at leads4plumbers.com that says "Yes, text me about my

request." The box starts unchecked, and you can send the form without checking it.

  • What we send: texts about your request only: follow-ups, sample videos, plan details, and setting up a call.
  • How often: Message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop: reply STOP to any text to cancel. We send one text to confirm, then no more texts unless you opt in

again.

  • For help: reply HELP, or email info@socialbuzagency.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
  • How we handle your information, including your SMS opt-in, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. Changes do not apply to a 30-day period you already paid for.
