Who we are

Socialbuz Agency is the business name of MSS Ventures LLC, based in Roseville, California. We make short plumbing videos for local businesses and post them to their social media pages, and we build websites, work on Google Business Profiles, and set up tools that reply to customer inquiries for them. This policy explains what information we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It covers our websites, including our concept pages, and the emails we send.

We follow these practices whether or not a privacy law requires them of a business our size.

What we collect and where it comes from

Information you give us

When you fill out the Get Started form on our site: your name, company name, email, phone number, city, which

plan you pick (your plan choice), and your texting choice: whether you checked the optional box to get text messages about your request.

When you reply to one of our emails: your email address, what you write, and the date.
When you ask for more information through an ad form or a referral: the contact details you or the person who

referred you shared, the date of the request, and the wording you agreed to on that form.

Business information from public sources

Business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and public business email addresses from public business

listings and business websites, collected for us by data providers.

License details from the California Contractors State License Board's public license list.

Information collected when you visit a page

Which page you opened, which video you played and how far, and which buttons you pressed.
A random ID stored in one first-party cookie (`sbz_sid`) so we can tell one visit from another. It does not say who

you are.

Your IP address, shortened before we store it (the last part is removed), so it points only to a general area.
Basic browser details your device sends with every request.

Information about our emails

Whether an email was delivered, bounced, replied to, or unsubscribed. We do not track whether you open our emails.

Links in our emails go through our own short redirect, so we can count a click on the concept page.

We do not collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information. Please don't send it to us.

How we use it

To answer your questions and requests.
To text you about your request, only if you checked the box to agree (see "Text messages (SMS)" below).
To tell our own team about your request: when you send the form, we send its details to our own team by email, and a

short alert (your company name, city and plan, nothing else) by WhatsApp.

To make a concept page and sample video for a business, and to send a short series of up to 3 emails about it.
To keep a do-not-email list, so a person who opts out never hears from us again.
To see whether our pages and videos are working, using totals (for example, how many visits a page had).
To keep our site safe, stop spam, and fix problems.
To keep records the law asks us to keep, such as opt-outs and permissions.

Text messages (SMS)

Leads4Plumbers is a service of MSS Ventures LLC dba Socialbuz Agency. We send text messages only to people who check the box on our Get Started form to agree to them. The box is optional and starts unchecked; you can send the form without it.

What we text about: your request only: following up on it, sending sample videos and plan details, and setting

up a call.

How often: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Stop or get help: reply STOP to any text to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also email

info@socialbuzagency.com.

What we keep: that you agreed, the exact words you agreed to, and the time you sent the form.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

AI tools

Our sample videos feature an animated character and a voice made with AI tools. To make the ending of a concept video, our video and voice tools receive the business name and the business phone number. We never use a real person's face or voice without that person's written permission.

Our emails are written and sent by a person. An AI assistant may help draft them, and a person reads and answers every reply.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not put third-party advertising pixels on our concept pages.

We use service providers who work for us under contract and may use the information only to provide their service to us:

website hosting and storage
an email sending service
data providers that find and check public business contact details
AI video and voice tools (business name and business phone number only)
a customer relationship management (CRM) tool, if you become a lead or a customer
a messaging service that delivers the short WhatsApp alert to our team (company name, city and plan only)
a text messaging service that delivers our texts, only to people who agreed to get them

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business (the new owner would have to follow this policy).

How long we keep it

Your choices and rights

Stop emails. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. It works right away; one message that was

already on its way may still arrive.

Stop texts. Reply STOP to any text from us, or email us. After one text confirming it, we send you no more texts.
Remove a concept page. Use the "Remove this page" link at the bottom of the page, or email us the page link.
Know, correct, or delete. You can ask what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask

us to delete it. If you ask us to delete it, we keep only your email address on our do-not-email list so we never contact you again.

Opt out of sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. If

that ever changes, we will update this policy first and give you a way to opt out.

Fair treatment. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.

To make a request, email info@socialbuzagency.com with "Privacy request" in the subject, or write to us at the address below. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address it is about, so we know it's really you. You can let an authorized agent ask for you; we may ask for proof that you gave them permission. We answer within 45 days. If we need more time (up to 45 more days), we will tell you why.

Cookies

Our pages set one first-party cookie, `sbz_sid`, which holds a random visit ID. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking on our pages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the pages still work.

Security

We protect information with access controls, encrypted connections, and by keeping only what we need. No system is perfect, so we can't say that information will never be exposed. If a problem affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

Our service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
